• IRCC / Government Agencies: When submitting applications on your behalf, we share the information required by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada.
• Service Providers: We use trusted third-party platforms (including CaseEasy 360 for case management) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or in response to a valid legal process.
• With Your Consent: For any other purpose, only with your explicit consent.

5. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously. Client files are managed through CaseEasy 360, a secure case management platform with encrypted data storage and secure document exchange. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

6. Client Funds

In accordance with CICC bylaws, all client payments are held in a dedicated client trust account and are only transferred to our operating account after the corresponding services have been rendered. Receipts are issued upon earning of funds.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request corrections to inaccurate information
• Withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations

8. Retention

Client files are retained for a minimum of 6 years following the completion of services, as required under CICC bylaws and applicable law. Contact form inquiries that do not proceed to an engagement are retained for a reasonable period for follow-up purposes, then deleted.

9. Cookies & Website Analytics

This website uses Google Translate, which may set cookies to remember language preferences. We do not currently use tracking or analytics cookies beyond what is required for basic site functionality. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
