Our Process
From your first consultation to submitting your application to IRCC—here's exactly how I guide you through every step of the process.
Schedule a Consultation
Every journey begins with a conversation. Book your initial consultation and we'll connect via Zoom or your preferred platform. During this meeting, I'll ask questions to fully understand your background, goals, and circumstances.
Sign a Consultation Agreement
Prior to our consultation, you'll sign a Consultation Agreement. This document outlines the scope of our initial meeting, protects both of us, and confirms the consultation fee. This is a requirement under the Code of Professional Conduct I follow as a licensed RCIC.
Identify Your Immigration Pathway
Using the information you've shared, I'll identify which immigration pathway best fits your unique circumstances—whether that's a Visitor Visa, Super Visa, eTA, Temporary Resident Permit, or another route entirely. I'll walk you through the options, explain the requirements, and outline what a successful application looks like for your situation.
Sign a Service Agreement
If you decide to move forward, we'll sign a Service Agreement that clearly outlines the scope of services, fees, timelines, and responsibilities. This agreement protects you as the client and ensures complete transparency about what I will do for you.
Forms Completion & Document Gathering
I'll guide you through completing all required IRCC application forms accurately and completely. I'll also help you identify exactly which supporting documents you need—and explain why each one matters to the visa officer reviewing your file.
Letter of Explanation & Application Review
One of the most important parts of a successful application is the Letter of Explanation. This document tells your story to the visa officer—clearly demonstrating how you meet all requirements, your genuine intent, and your reasons for your trip to Canada. Once everything is ready, we'll review the complete package together before submitting.
Application Submission to IRCC
Once you're satisfied with the application, I submit it to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) through the official Authorized Representative portal. As a licensed RCIC, I am legally authorized to submit applications on your behalf. After submission, I'll keep you updated on the status of your application.
